Head Clear sells printable digital workbooks. We collect only what we need to deliver your purchase and support you afterwards. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
Order information. When you buy, our checkout provider collects your name, email address, billing details, and the items you purchased. Payment card numbers are handled directly by our payment processors — we never see or store full card numbers.
Email address. Used to send your download links, receipts, and order-related messages. If you opt in, we may also send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Usage data. Basic analytics such as pages visited, referring site, device type, and approximate location (from your IP address), collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To deliver your files and receipts, provide customer support, process refunds under our guarantee, prevent fraud and abuse, measure how the site performs, and — where permitted — show relevant ads and send marketing emails you asked for.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the store: our ecommerce and checkout platform (Shopify), payment processors, email delivery services, and analytics and advertising tools (including Meta Pixel). Each may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your data.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the store may not work as well if you do.
Data retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and support purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to marketing, or ask us to limit certain processing. Email us and we'll action it — we don't charge for this and we won't treat you differently for asking.
Security
Payments and checkout run over encrypted connections through PCI-compliant providers. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Head Clear is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
